El personal de emergencias estabiliz\u00f3 adecuadamente al paciente, y el equipo de traumatologia conjuntamente mi persona entramos a realizar una fijaci\u00f3n de emergencia de la severa lesi\u00f3n del anillo p\u00e9lvico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"473\" src=\"https:\/\/doctorluther.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/pelvis01.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-743\" srcset=\"https:\/\/doctorluther.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/pelvis01.jpg 800w, https:\/\/doctorluther.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/pelvis01-300x177.jpg 300w, https:\/\/doctorluther.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/pelvis01-768x454.jpg 768w, https:\/\/doctorluther.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/pelvis01-600x355.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante este primer procedimiento se realiz\u00f3 la fijaci\u00f3n percut\u00e1nea (a trav\u00e9s de heridas m\u00ednimas) de la articulaci\u00f3n sacroiliaca de lado izquierdo de la pelvis, la misma que evita perdidas en relaci\u00f3n a sangrado interno que ocasiona esta lesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"512\" src=\"https:\/\/doctorluther.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/pelvis02-1024x512.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-744\" srcset=\"https:\/\/doctorluther.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/pelvis02-1024x512.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/doctorluther.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/pelvis02-300x150.jpg 300w, https:\/\/doctorluther.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/pelvis02-768x384.jpg 768w, https:\/\/doctorluther.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/pelvis02-600x300.jpg 600w, https:\/\/doctorluther.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/pelvis02.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Previamente a la segunda cirug\u00eda donde se realizar\u00eda la fijaci\u00f3n definitiva de la lesi\u00f3n p\u00e9lvica, se procedio a imprimir un modelo 3D de la pelvis lesionada del paciente a tama\u00f1o real, en donde pudimos armar el plan quir\u00fargico y adem\u00e1s poder realizar un modelado de los materiales que utilizariamos durante el procedimiento con toda las medidas del mismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"512\" src=\"https:\/\/doctorluther.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/pelvis03-1024x512.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-746\" srcset=\"https:\/\/doctorluther.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/pelvis03-1024x512.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/doctorluther.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/pelvis03-300x150.jpg 300w, https:\/\/doctorluther.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/pelvis03-768x384.jpg 768w, https:\/\/doctorluther.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/pelvis03-600x300.jpg 600w, https:\/\/doctorluther.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/pelvis03.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el d\u00eda de la cirug\u00eda se realizar\u00f3n varias t\u00e9cnicas adicionales que permiten que el paciente ingrese con el m\u00ednimo de riesgo y con mayor probabilidad de mejores resultados para su lesi\u00f3n.
